Blackscreen, kein Muster bei Abstürzen erkennbar.

    Hallo liebe Forum-Mitglieder,
    ich habe seit 07.2014 meinen PC den ich zum spielen und Multimedia benutze. Mittlerweile habe ich ein merkwürdiges Problem mit ihm, das ich versuchen will zu beschreiben:
    Der PC stürzt auf eine bestimmte Weise immer ab, indem er ohne Vorwarnung einen schwarzen Bildschirm bekommt und der Sound sich dabei aufhängt. Alle Lüfter drehen danach weiter und man könnte denken, dass er normal weiter läuft. Ich konnte kein Muster dabei heraus finden. Es passiert bei den unterschiedlichsten Momenten. Ab und zu kann ich den Resetknopf drücken und der PC startet dann neu und bei anderen Abstürzen reagiert er nicht sofort auf den Reset, sonder geht nach ein paar Sekunden ganz aus und startet dann nach ca. einer Sekunde neu und fährt hoch.
    Es ist fast unmöglich einen Film zu sehen ohne einen Absturtz und das selbe, wenn ich ein Spiel spiele. Dabei ist es egal, ob ich ein grafisch anspruchsvolles Spiel spiele oder ein weniger anspruchsvolles. Auch wenn ich nur im Internet surfe sturzt er gelegentlich ab. Es gibt Tage an denen ich mehrere Stunden gespielt habe und kein Absturz hatte aber sobald einer auftrat, kamen weitere in Abständen von 0,5-1 Stunde.
    Seit neuesten habe ich von Steam die Linkbox. Diese kann man an einen Bildschirm anschließen, um ein auf dem PC gestartetes Spiel über das Netzwerk zu streamen. Dabei ist der PC bis jetzt noch nicht abgestürzt. Auch wenn ich mit der Streamingfunktion von Windows10 einen Film streame hatte ich bis jetzt keinen Absturzt.
    Weitere Bepspiele:
    Ich wollte 9 CDs brennen und wärend des brennens ist er zwei mal abgestürzt.
    Beim schreiben einer Email.

    Bis jetzt habe ich folgende Tests durchgeführt aber keine Fehler entdecken können:
    RAM:
    memtest86+: Lief über zwei Stunden ohne einen Fehler zu melden.

    CPU:
    Prime95: Lief mehrere Stunden ohne einen Fehler zu melden.

    Grafikkarte:
    Furmark: Lief ca. 1,5 Stunden ohne Fehler.

    Neuinstallation von Windows und ein BIOS-update.

    Im Gehäuse befinden sich drei Gehäuselüfter.

    Mit SpeedFan habe ich die Spannungswerte das Netzteils ausgelesen:
    Vcor: 0,1 V
    +3,3 V: 3,25 V
    +12 V: 12,24 V
    +5 V: 5,1 V
    CPU VAXG: 0,01 V
    CPU VRIN: 1,78 V
    DRAM: 1,51 V
    Vsb: 3,38 V
    Vbat: 3,12 V

    Der PC wurde in einem PC-Hardware Geschäft zusammen gebaut und lief die ersten zwei Jahre ohne Probleme, leider ist das Geschäft mittlerweile geschlossen und ich habe in der Nähe kein weiteres Geschäft, dass sich mit PC-Problemen beschäftigt.
    Ich hoffe, dass jemand einen Wertvollen Tipp für mich hat, was ich als nächstes machen könnte.

    Hallo,
    praktischerweise ist der PC, nachdem ich meinen Beitrag geschrieben habe, abgestürzt. Währenddessen hab ich am PC nichts gemacht und nur der Desktop war geöffnet. Der einzige Fehler im Zuverlässigkeitsverlauf und der Ereignisanzeige ist ein "nicht ornungsgemäßes Herunterfahren" des Systems. Leider werden keine weiteren Fehler angezeigt.

    Ich hab jetzt mal das Ereignisprotokoll mit dem Zuverlässigkeitsverlauf verglichen. Immer wenn es einen Absturz gab sind folgende Fehler vorgefallen:

    Fehler 12.10.2017 17:20:38 EventLog Ereignis-ID: 6008
    "Das System wurde zuvor am ‎11.‎10.‎2017 um 18:34:21 unerwartet heruntergefahren."

    Kritisch 11.10.2017 18:48:05 Kernel-Power Ereignis-ID: 41 (63)
    "Das System wurde neu gestartet, ohne dass es zuvor ordnungsgemäß heruntergefahren wurde. Dieser Fehler kann auftreten, wenn das System nicht mehr reagiert hat oder abgestürzt ist oder die Stromzufuhr unerwartet unterbrochen wurde."

    Fehler 11.10.2017 18:48:09 Service Control Manager Ereignis-ID: 7000
    "Der Dienst "CldFlt" wurde aufgrund folgenden Fehlers nicht gestartet:
    Die Anforderung wird nicht unterstützt."

    Dieser Fehler wird immer 3 mal hintereinander angezeigt:
    Fehler 12.10.2017 17:20:41 DistributedCOM Ereignis-ID: 10016

    EventLog Ereignis-ID: 6008 und Kernel-Power Ereignis-ID: 41 sind nur Bestätigungen für "nicht ordnungsgemäßes Herunterfahren" und den folgenden Neustart - sind letzten Endes nicht wirklich hilfreich

    DistributedCOM Ereignis-ID: 10016 ist ein kosmetisches Problem, was hier ignoriert werden kann - dürftest Du auch bei jedem normalen Systemstart haben

    Service Control Manager Ereignis-ID: 7000 - "Der Dienst "CldFlt" ... - wenn Du OneDrive nicht nutzt oder gar deinstalliert hast, kannst Du den abstellen:

    musst Du das Gerät herausfinden - wahrscheinlich CardReader, Drucker, irgendwas an USB - ich würde alles an USB entfernen und Stück für Stück testen, wann der Fehler auftaucht

    hat aber alles nicht wirklich mit dem eigentlichen Problem zu tun bzw. hilft halt nicht - ich würde auf jeden Fall mal alles Richtung "Schnellstart" deaktivieren und den automatischen Neustart (bringt evt. einen Bluescreen zum Vorschein)

    Ich vermute auch, dass es sich um einen Hardwarefehler handelt. Es ist nur schwer die mögliche Fehlerquelle zu lokalisieren, da es ein Fehler ist, der durch viele Bauteile hervorgerufen werden kann. Generell tendiere ich fast immer dazu das Netzteil als erste Fehlerquelle zu vermuten. Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass es eben sehr oft bei Elektronikgeräten zu Problemen am Netzteil kommt. Ob es bei PC-Netzteilen ebenfalls so ist kann ich aber nicht sagen.

    Danke für den Tipp mit dem automatischen Neustart bei Systemfehlern, diese Option habe ich deaktiviert und werden auf den nächsten Absturz warten. Wenn es Neuigkeiten gibt melde ich mich wieder.

    Von welchem Betriebszustand stammen denn die Spannungsmesswerte?
    Da würde ich hwinfo64 mal im Hintergrund laufen lassen, dann mit Prime95, Furmark und zum Schluss mit Beidem eine kurze Weile belasten und zum Schluss die Min/Max-Werte anschauen. Da sollten möglichst keine all zu großen Differenzen sein. 5% sind zwar erlaubt, aber meist schon kritisch.

    Ansonsten würde ich als workaround mal versuchen, dem PC das Heruntertakten im Leerlauf abzugewöhnen. Evtl. geht das im Bios. Denn wenn Last mit Prime95 und Furmark keine Probleme machen, könnten es gerade die Tiefschlafphasen sein, die die Stromversorgung (egal ob Netzteil, Mainboard oder Grafikkarte) durcheinanderbringen. Da wird ja quasi im Millisekundentakt immer zwischen z.B. 1Ampere und 50Ampere, mit Spitzen von 100A munter hin- und her geschaltet.
    Nicht umsonst haben die Netzteilhersteller vor einigen Jahren extra "haswell-tauglich" draufschreiben müssen, weil diese Intel-Generation besonders sparsam im Leerlauf war. Schaltnetzteile vertragen keine zu geringen Lasten und Dein 650W-Monster ist ja so ein Kandidat, der sich zu Tode langweilt, weil er nie was zu tun bekommt.

    Viele schöne Ideen zum Testen wurde gemacht.
    Ich habe jetzt die Grafikkarte ausgebaut und teste mit der Internen. Während ich unterwegs bin, lass ich ein paar Filme auf Dauerschleife laufen.
    Ich hatte garnicht daran gedacht, dass eine Onboard-Karte vorhanden ist.

    Der PC lief jetzt über 24h durch und hat dabei dauerhaft Filme verschiedenster Auflösung abgespielt. Er ist dabei nicht abgestürzt, was mich vermuten lässt, dass die Grafikkarte einen Defekt hat. Ich werde das gleiche nochmal mit der eingebauten Grafikkarte testen und gucken, ob er abstürzt.

    Der Test war wieder eindeutig. Es hat keine halbe Stunde gedauert und der PC ist abgestürzt. Jetzt stellt sich mir aber die Frage ob es an der Grafikkarte liegt oder eventuell an dem Netzteil, das ein Problem hat.

    Rein von der Logik her hat das Netzteil mehr "Macht" über Abstürze. Bei der Grafikkarte merkt der Treiber normalerweise recht oft, wenn was nicht stimmt und setzt die Karte einfach mal zurück, ohne dass der PC deswegen zwingend abstürzen muss - klappt aber auch nicht immer.

    Die Spannungen hast Du nicht zufällig mal überwacht während der halben Stunde?
    Sprich: hwinfo64 im Hintergrund laufen lassen und die Min/Max-Werte im Auge behalten. Dabei ggf. auch mal die CPU z.B. mit intel burn test oder prime95 belasten , ein Spiel starten usw. Muss ja nicht lang sein, paar Minuten reichen.

    +12 V: 11,808 V / 12,24 V
    +5 V: 5,1 V / 5,13 V
    iGPU VAXG: 0,012 V / 0,012 V
    CPU VRIN: 1,764 V / 7,776 V
    DDR: 1,512 V / 1,512 V
    3VSB: 3,384 V / 3,384 V
    VBAT: 3,12 V / 3,12 V
    AVCC3: 0,072 / 3,648

    Sind die Schwankungen noch in der Toleranzgrenze drin?

    Dann kann man also vemuten, dass die Grafikkarte dahinter stecken wird. Vielleicht werde ich mir in der nächsten Zeit eine Neue gönnen. Ich war eh am überlegen ein wenig aufzurüsten. Vielen Dank für die großartige Hilfe.

    Das sind aber trotzdem nur Schätzwerte.
    Wenn man sich die Spannungen mal mit einem Oscilloscope anschaut, dann sehen die eher so aus:

    Wie stark die "Zacken" nach oben und unten ausschlagen, kann man mit dem Messwerten vom Mainboard nicht beurteilen, aber so eine Zacke kann ausreichen, um für einen Sekundenbruchteil zu niedrig zu sein.
