fehlende IP-Adresse nach Windows-Installation

    Vergiss endlich die Firewire-Verbindung (IEEE 1394). Geh auf die HP-Website und hol dir die Treiber für deinen PC.

    Er sagte doch was, von Kabelmodem. Meiner Meinung nach müsste man den Treiber vom Modemhersteller haben, oder?

    Ich würde jetzt den Gerätemanager nehmen, wenn das Modem angschlossen ist und mal diesen suchen lassen. Ev. findet der ja dann das Modem.

    War auch auf der HP-Seite und habe dort nichts gefunden.

    Lass dich von dem Wort "Modem" nicht täuschen, das ist nicht so wie damals beim 56k Modem im / am Rechner. Für ein Kabel- oder DSL-Modem muss man auf dem PC keine Treiber installieren.
