Grafikkarten Geforce 6200 Problem mit Videos

Hallo liebes Forum,
Mein Nachbar hat von Windows XP zu Windows 7 gewechselt.
Mit Windows XP hat die Grafikkarte immer funktioniert:
NVIDIA Geforce 6200 LE
PCI
Bei Windows 7 ist die Bildschirmanzeige super, aber Videos werden nicht abgespielt, ausser online (youtube,...)
Legt man eine Video CD ein, (original oder gebrannt) meldet der Windows Media player (oder VLC Player):
"Es liegt ein Problem mit der Grafikkarte vor." (oder so ähnlich).

Die Grafikkarte zeigt im Gerätemanager keine Probleme an.

Wir haben mehrere Treiber ausprobiert, aber kein Erfolg...
Aktuell: 8.17.12.7061,

Die Grafikfunktionen können mit dem DirectX-Diagnoseprogramm getestet werden. Wichtig ist, dass die Beschleunigungen aktiv sind.

Geforce6200LE und dann noch PCI hat eine schwache Leistung.
Der PC wird wohl ein Büro-PC sein mit einer von Haus aus mageren Ausstattung.

Die Grafikkarte unterstützt kein "Hardware beschleunigen".
Bei Problembehandlung ist das Feld "einst.ändern" nicht anwählbar.
Ich schätze, wir brauchen eine neue Karte. Der Win Mediaplayer meckerte beim Videoabspielversuch, dass der Arbeitsspeicher zu gering sei. Reicht 1 Gb nicht für Win7?

Unten hab ich den Dxdiag gepostet.
Lohnt ne neue Graf.Karte oder ist Win 7 zu viel für den PC?
Welche Karte bis 60,- passt darein statt der Geforce?

Der PC wird kaum beansprucht!! :rolleyes:

(Einfaches surfen, einfaches multimedia, keine hohe programmbelastung).

Laut Deinem Report nutzt Windows bereits 730MB der Festplatte zum Auslagern, weil der RAM nicht reicht.
Da gehört also mindestens noch 1GB dazu, dann läuft Win7 halbwegs flüssig.
Für Windows selbst reicht 1GB zwar, aber jedes Programm, was Du startest, will ja auch was haben...
Außerdem könnte es sein, daß die Grafikkarte in Ermangelung von ausreichend eigenem Speicher auch noch was haben will.

Kannst Du mal ein Foto vom Inneren des PC machen, damit man sieht, welche Steckplätze außer PCI noch vorhanden sind?
PCI-Karten sind alt und/oder teuer, AGP oder PCIexpress wäre besser. Alternativ schau Dir einfach bei Google oder Wikipedia an, die die 3 Steckplätze aussehen und dann kannst Du ja in Deinem Rechner sehen, welche Du hast.

Das Problem wird hier nicht die Grafikkarte sein, sondern, der alte Chipsatz des Mainboards. Dafür gibt es wohl keine Treiber für Windows 7.

Bevor an weitere Investitionen gedacht werden, sollte der PC mal mit dem http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/upgrade-advisor überprüft werden.

Und beim Update (auch unter Optionale) kommen dann die restlichen Treiber die passen (Grakkatreiber sollte man den von der Herstellerseite nehmen).Für die 6200LE Win7 32bit 270.61 WHQL.
Darum ist bei Win7 nach fertiggestellter Installation,Virenschutz installieren und Win-Update angesagt bis nichts mehr verfügbar ist angesagt,wird einen eh angesagt.Ist ein bischen anders als bei XP wo man dann zuerst die vorbereiteten Chipsatztreiber und dann den Grakkatreiber vom Hersteller installieren muss.

Bei Win7 hab ich überhaupt noch nie auf der Herstellerseite Chipsatztreiber genommen od.gebraucht.
Nur den für die Grakka und bei ein paar Boards musste ich den Soundtreiber suchen und manuel nachgereichen.
Ich glaub das Problem liegt wo anders,beim Sockel 478 Board meiner Frau und P4 3,4GHz und 1GB Ram (an dem liegt es auch nicht denke ich) mit Onboardgrafik (die ist sicher schwächer als die 6200LE) laufen auch alle DVDs und Videos,ebenso bei Sockel A Boards.
Win7 braucht keine Treiber von Herstellerseiten bei meinen Board gibts auch keine.

Das wird dann wohl eine PCI-express-Karte sein. Dafür gibts massenweise aktuellen Ersatz.
Die 2 lila Steckplätze kannst Du auch noch mit RAM bestücken, die sind nur deshalb andersfarbig, damit man bei nur 2 Modulen die richtigen Slots erwischt, um vom DualChannel-Modus zu profitieren.
Ist vermutlich DDR1, genaueres kann Dir evtl. CPU-Z verrraten.
Wenn Du günstig/gebraucht 2 baugleiche Modelle wie die aktuell verbauten findest, dann kauf die ruhig.

Sei doch froh, daß AGP nicht geht. PCI-Express ist neuer und billiger.
PCI wäre auch möglich, aber noch älter und seltener/teurer als AGP.

Auf den 2 RAM-Chipsätzen steht nur...ddr...512Mb...
Ich nehme an dass es sich um DDR 1 handelt und nicht um DDR 2, sonst stände es da.
Ist es sinnvoll, zusätzlich zwei 1Gb Chips einzubauen (gesamt 3Gb), oder besser zwei baugleiche 512Mb (gesamt 2Gb)?

Wenn du dein Board googelst, weißt dus.
Ich kann dir vom sehen her 75%ige Garantie geben, dass es DDR1 ist.
Es wäre sinnvoll 4x1GB zu verbauen
Spaß beiseite: Letzteres wäre sinnvoller.

So ist es. Allerdings solltest Du vorher mal mit CPU-Z herausfinden, als was sich der RAM dem Board gegenüber zu erkennen gibt, um auch wirklich baugleiche Module zu finden.
DDR1 und 512MB sind nur 2 mögliche Parameter, da gibts noch etliche mehr.

er hat jetzt vom Fachmann einen Riegel bekommen (1Gb) (Leider nur einen). Der passt und wird erkannt. 2Gb Gesamt.
Die Mediaplayer streiken weiterhin.
Ein Mp4 Video spielt der VCL player ab und man hört den Ton, aber es gibt kein Bild!
Win Mediaplayer meckert über ein Problem mit der Graka, die allerdings den neusten Treiber der Herstellerseite hat und keine Konflikte anzeigt.
Jetzt will er sich eine neue Graka kaufen. Pci Express.
Hat jemand eine bessere Idee.
Direct x hat er neu draufgeladen, ich weiss aber nicht, wie man überprüft, ob direct x auf dem neusten Stand ist.

Das war mir klar das mit mehr Ram das Problem nicht gelöst ist hab ich doch eh geschrieben.
Teste eine andere Grakka (ausleihen).
Aber das es an der Grakka liegt glaub ich auch net (ausser sie hat einen Defekt).
